This is the special edition laser disc boxed set released in 1994, includes the premier release of many of M-G-M's pre-recording sessions on the alternate audio tracks. Many of these performances were included on the CD soundtrack album, while others are still only available on these discs. All of Judy's performances included here have since been released on CD with the exception of "Minnie From Trinidad". The version of "Minnie" included here is an alternate take which has a slightly different ending. This version has not been released on CD.

This deluxe set also included six lobby cards, a numbered limited edition "collector's souvenir program" as well as an offer to send in for two collectable poster. There is also an extra disc with video outtakes from many M-G-M Musicals, including several from Judy's films. Overall a beautiful presentation of this unique film. The film has since been released on DVD, with most of the outtakes have since been released on a special supplemental DVD included in the boxed set of the entire film series..
